Make It Cheaper took home the ‘Best Customer Service’ title at The Energy Live Consultancy Awards (TELCA) last week.

CEO Jonathan Elliott said the firm was “very excited” and “delighted” to win.

He added: “We’ve worked really hard every year on our customer service but this year has been our best year.

“Getting this award proves that.”

 

The annual show, hosted by ELN Editor Sumit Bose, aims to reward the best consultants and brokers in the business.

Held at the Mermaid Theatre in central London, it was the third instalment of the awards show and the biggest yet with around 500 attendees.

Mr Elliott went on to say customers choose them because of the service they provide.

He said: “They’ve got a choice in the market and we think they choose brokers based on best customer service so this is great.”
