GDF SUEZ Energy UK has some of the best customer service standards in the sector.
That’s according to a survey launched by the Institute of Customer Service (ICS).
Customers gave GDF SUEZ Energy UK top scores for the friendliness and helpfulness of its staff, the quality and efficiency of its service and the ease of getting in touch.
ICS stated that to retain its ServiceMark accreditation, the company must do surveys of its customers every 12-18 months.
Lindsay Crowther, Customer Services Manager at GDF SUEZ Energy UK said: “Our aim is to continue to innovate and enhance the way we work to ensure we uphold our ServiceMark accreditation and keep improving our service standards.”
