Sustainability & Cleantech Senior Executive at Ernst & Young.  Phil has worked with a number of high-profile clients including DECC, AstraZeneca and BT to plan and develop their renewable energy strategies.

He is the Managing Editor of the Ernst & Young’s Renewable Energy Country Attractiveness Indices and holds both a 1st Class Physics degree from Oxford University and an MBA from Exeter University, specialising in Corporate Finance, International Finance, and Investment Analysis.
