A UK investment company has bought solar farms totalling 94.5MW.

Primrose Solar has sold four of the farms to Bluefield Solar Income Fund (BSIF).

They are located in Hampshire (48MW ), Kent (18MW and 17 MW) and East Sussex (11.5MW).

The projects came online between November 2014 and March 2015.

BSIF claims the new deal will bring its total capacity to 383MW.

Giles Clark, CEO at Primrose Solar added: “This sale accounts for less than half of our current portfolio and we are continuing to look for good new consented sites for development and construction.”
