Put the date in your diary now. I’m delighted to announce the launch of the Energy Live 2015 conference programme which takes place on Nov 5th at London’s Barbican Centre.

Have a look at the agenda page for full details of what’s on offer. Remember for energy end users the conference is totally free and you will be at the best conference in the sector designed around you.

This year there are 20 different seminars across four content streams. You will learn from the best and hear from the biggest names in the sector. We have case studies a chance to drive an EV and much much more. Have a look at what we have in store in this short video.

Obviously if you have been to our conference before you know we are all about quality content and this year is no exception. We have invited Energy Secretary Amber Rudd to speak to you about how the Tories are changing the energy sector. We have Lord Gus O’Donnell, former Cabinet Secretary and now the Chair of Frontier Economics giving his views on how to make renewable energy financially viable.

We have CEOs from across the sector speaking to you about their views on the changing policy landscape and we have experts and commentators with a real insight into the UK energy world. Once again we will look at alternative energy sources and continue our debate on fracking.

And this year, in conjunction with Energy UK’s Young Energy Professionals network we are lauching the ‘Energy Live University’ – here we will be handing the main hall over to the next generation. They will look at the issues affecting them, why working in energy might be a great career and hearing from big names who will recount their tales of how they got into energy.

So student, policy campaigner, end user or simply energy observer, Energy Live 2015 has something for you. Oh and if you have never driven an EV you’ll get the chance to do so on Nov 5th.

Last year we had 650 delegates this year we are expecting more but we will have to cap numbers at 800! So book your place now to avoid missing out on the conference that will bring energy to life.

We will be announcing more big names and content sessions over the coming weeks but for now please register and I look forward to seeing you on Nov 5th.
