Our client, an environmental and utility consultancy, seeks a Director of Client Delivery to join their company’s executive team. The Director of Client Delivery must possess a strong knowledge of the UK environmental/utilities sector and have an extensive history of managing multi-stakeholder relationships.
We are looking for client delivery people who oversee teams to deliver contracts (not necessarily helpdesks) i.e. provide managed services, professional services advice.
This individual will oversee a mix of work to ensure client contract services are delivered on time and to budget, focussing on the following:
- Overseeing the delivery of specialist energy governance advice through organisation of industry wide meetings, writing papers, preparing change requests.
- Overseeing the delivery of specialist renewables advice via helpdesk services.
- Arranging forums for clients, presenting papers and chairing discussions on key industry (governance) issues to review and address.
This role is a mix of helpdesk, meeting, policy and advisory type services. This is all delivered by staff from junior to senior consultant grades.
The candidate will oversee the delivery of the above services, focus on key stakeholders managers, upselling and developing the services.
Customer Service, Contract Delivery, and Developing Services is key.
