SP Energy Networks is offering a £5,000 reward for information on those responsible for a serious fire next to an electrical substation in Helensburgh, Scotland.
It has stated the fire, which is believed to have been started deliberately at approximately 6:45pm on 28th April, led to power supplies being cut from 340 homes and businesses.
The business has revealed the substation has been completely destroyed by the fire, although it did not spread to properties nearby.
SP Energy Networks will pay £5,000 to anyone providing information that eventually leads to the conviction of those responsible.
