An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our most valued client as an Energy Strategy Consultant, delivering as part of our Assured Performance service. The successful candidate will be expected to deliver our mix of strategic, technical and commercial capabilities to implement change across our clients’ portfolios.

Our Client are a leading London based independent carbon, energy and sustainability services provider with over 180 clients consisting of mostly FTSE 350 and large public sector organisations.

Key elements of the role will include:

  • Programme and project management for large and complex clients, working effectively and directly with clients to ensure project objectives are delivered
  • Design and delivery of energy and carbon performance strategies, capital projects, and our Assured Performance Managed Service
  • Delivering performance reports and strategies to a high standard
  • Energy and sustainability data modelling, as well as in-depth data analysis by applying big data tools
  • Working to maintain lasting, profitable relationships with clients by ensuring project objectives are delivered timely and efficiently
  • Adhering to the company’s values of Integrity, Curiosity and Excellence through client engagement and internal stakeholder development

To be considered for this role you will have:

  • Been educated to degree level (minimum grade 2:1) in a relevant discipline (environment and energy related subjects would be an advantage), preferably having completed an MSc or additional external professional qualification
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience designing and delivering energy strategies and carbon management plans
  • The ability to effectively communicate with and influence external stakeholders and senior business leaders
  • A proven track record of delivering complex assignments through successful project management
  • A solution centric attitude
