Our client is a global business operating within the RFID and IoT retail and security solutions space. Their solutions allow companies to improve the performance of the retail stores that they cover. They have a strong position in the market and their solutions are used with global retailers that now have real-time information. Due to extensive growth across Europe, they are now looking for a Sales Manager to cover the UK.

Role Responsibilities:

  • New business sales contribution, selling retail stock management into fashion retailers or multi-site retailers.
  • Accountable for increasing company revenue and profits by hitting sales objectives with crucial partners by building strong relationships.
  • Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction through consultative and solution sale approach.
  • Be a retail and security industry expert, engaging with industry influencers and organizations.
  • Take complete control of sales processes and ensuring all opportunities are closed.

Role Requirements:

  • Strong RFID experience, selling into retail or fashion industry – 3 to 5 years’ experience.
  • New business sales experience, along with a hunter mentality.
  • Ability to approach customers in a consultative and solution sales manner.
  • Ability to entertain customers and partners around sales calls and events to build strong relationships with possible customers.

The salary is £65,000 – £70,000 base with a company car and 30% bonus opportunity. This is a great time to join an expanding company that have strong, ambitious plans for 2017 and beyond.
