Joe Biden’s holiday home ‘could be wiped out by climate change in five years’

President’s Delaware beach house faces being submerged by rising sea levels

Big Zero Report 2022

President Biden could need a new holiday home because of climate change.

His beach house in Delaware could be under water within five years says a report.

It claims a significant proportion of Delaware’s land area is at high risk of coastal flooding due to rising sea levels caused by climate change.

CNN has reported that Joe Biden’s house is built just a mile from the shoreline, which places it into a category classed as “Special Flood Hazard Areas”

According to analysis, the house could be flooded in the next five years – the States At Risk notes that Delaware has 22,000 people at risk of coastal flooding.

By 2050, an additional 9,000 people are forecast to be at risk due to sea level rise.
