Households received universal discounts of £66 and £67 in instalments as part of the £400 energy bill support scheme.

More than ten million vouchers were available to customers, with 341,000 totalling over £22 million yet to be cashed, according to a Freedom of Information request.

The vouchers can still be spent until 90 days after the issue and replacements can be requested until 30th June if they expire.
