Joining their team as the global sales enablement and training manger would be an exciting opportunity to join a world leader in energy provision.
We are looking for an extremely well-organised and highly motivated induvial to join our client’s team. Working within this global corporation will require an individual who is knowledgeable and passionate- skills that will equip them to build a team that is well-suited to achieve revenue targets.
- Development of a coherent proposition training programme, working with marketing managers to create courses that enable sales and develop the business
- Oversee the roll-out of Learning and Development frameworks, continually monitoring their success and adjusting them accordingly
- Keeping up to date with training techniques and using this knowledge to continually update courses
- Integrate key training techniques into the sales process and create a centre of excellence within the company, continually offering support
- Work well as a team, creating a positive atmosphere within the company that encourages business progression
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, training and sales enablement
- Hands-on expertise in developing training programmes in EMEA or a global environment, ability to change and improve such programmes
- Ability to work collaboratively across a number of departments, crucially able to deliver on a tight time-scale
- Self-autonomous, driven individual who is computer literate and well-organised
- Excellent communicator- able to present themselves well orally and on paper
