Nearly 66% of Britons endorse Labour‘s proposal to establish public-owned energy infrastructure.
According to a recent poll conducted by YouGov for Common Wealth, a think tank, there is significant public support for the GB Energy initiative.
This initiative is crucial to Labour’s strategy to shift to clean energy by 2030.
According to the survey, nearly 6% expressed opposition to the idea.
More than half of respondents believed the plan would positively impact household bills, while 62% thought it would enhance energy security.
According to the poll, nearly 54% of Conservative voters surveyed also viewed the policy favourably.
